It tells me a lot about a person.

I don't judge, I just read mentally what I see.

Fashion means nothing to me. I wear what I want and what feels comfortable.

  • It is for me. I don't really care what other people do. But I try and wear things that I think look good and I try to match :)

Yes,if I like the clothing....I never copy others ,just because it's fashionable to wear the latest things from one particular designer.....

So many things they design are unwearable and look so stupid...:(

To care about fashion to me is shallow. I wear what I want and what is comfortable. How people dress doesn’t bother me as long as it isn’t obese people wearing clothes three sizes too small.

Rizz, why do the two have to have mutually inclusive of each other? Feeling comfortable in what one wears doesn't have to mean high fashion or high-cost fashion, right?  Caring about fashion and/or someone caring about how he or she dresses don't automatically have to equal shallowness, do they?
By your example, you would take exception to an obese person wearing clothing that doesn't fit well, and by extension, you probably mean that you personally might not find it a pleasant sight, but what if he or she felt comfortable wearing it?  You be hypocritical to say that you're allowed to wear what makes you feel comfortable, but that it's wrong for others if you disagree with it.

Not everyone who is concerned with fashion is shallow. In my experiences most people concerned with fashion are shallow. I wear comfortable clothes that fit properly. It’s disgusting to see people with huge bellies wearing tank tops with their belly haning out and pants or shorts too tight or short. I’m slightly overweight and I cover up my extra weight. It’s beyond disgusting to see a 250 pound + person wearing clothes entirely too small for them. This does NOT make me a hypocrite.

There's a 7th sense?  Good grief, I haven't got the 6th one down yet (ESP) and here I'm supposed to have #7?

  • If I had any sense, I'd consider it important as well as a major breakthrough.

      Extremely!

When I was very young and attending elementary school, I didn't know a thing about how to coordinate colors of clothing, and the other children made fun of me because of my mix-matching. Once I learned how to do it properly, I've never looked back.

In addition to properly coordinating my colors, everything else about being dapper is important to me.

OMG when I read this I began to consider the possibility we really ARE siblings.  I used to wear polka dots with checks, pink with purple, that kind of thing. It took many years of trial and error and looking around at how others were dressed to get it right. I still to this day, have a hard time dressing myself fashionably. Its a mix. ;D
