    Actually, she's a young girl in an animated hiLARious show called "Angela Anaconda" I watched it as an adult when it was on and laughed my posterior off! So funny!!! I swear many adults besides me would laugh if they had watched. It was on for about two years around 2000 I think? [ EDIT: 1999-2001, I checked. ]
    Here's a picture of the main characters. Angela is in the middle.
