Have you ever re-read a book? If so, which one(s)?

Right now I am on my third re-read of the Harry Potter series.

My parents did the exact same thing with my siblings and me. And I remember my brother and sister reading books to me, too. I was the youngest. Some of my very favorite memories of growing up.
    :)

Many times.  I've read Anna Karenina several times.  I've read Beach Music three or four times (this is my all-time favorite book).  I read the Thorn Birds at least twice, maybe three times.  I love that one and it's about 800 pages.  Lots of other shorter novels I've read twice.  I've read all of the Grisham books and most of them twice.  Espionage novels, for me, often require a list of characters and a second reading.  I love mysteries too....Patterson, Cornwell, etc.

I'm just chiming in in case anyone is reading this - - Thriftymaid recommended the "Beach Music" book on answerMug on a question at some point in the past. I went out and bought it and read it. Fantastic does not even begin to describe it.

I'm so pleased you enjoyed it.  I feel like I know those people.

Thank you. I've read several Patricia Cornwell books, she is really good.  I'll see if I can find Beach Music, with two recommendations it has to be good.

  • Some, yes. I've read "Lord of the Flies" twice, as well as Kafka's "The Trial". In general I don't re-read books as there are so many I want to read, if I re-read regularly, I'd have little time for all that I want to read.

Fascinating -  that trial! And "Lord of the Flies," too.

Kafka is fantastic. I've read several of his stories.
