What's your favorite on-line shopping site?

I prefer Amazon over eBay, but there are a few other sites I like as well.

I do. I can find things online that I can't find locally.

Yes, the price for Prime is totally worth it.

Amazon....2 day shipping. Sometimes I don't have time to go to store.

Sometimes I just too lazy. :) I live alone, so I like to order the heavier things on-line so they get brought to the door and I don't have to deal with that part.

Peapod (groceries) and Walmart, great for the homebound.

I'm not sure we have Walmart grocery delivery here yet. I sometimes use the Amazon Prime Now for that.

Peapod is a Giant Food  Store groceries home delivery service, Walmart does not.  I sometimes use the Amazon Prime as you also. This post was edited by Beans/SilentGeneration at August 21, 2018 7:03 AM MDT

Amazon, but I don't have Prime because I rarely need something immediately and if I do, I just head to the store.

I like Prime for the free shipping more than anything else.

I don't have Prime.  I can wait for whatever I'm buying so it's pointless to spent $100 a year unnecessarily.

I save more than that a year with the free shipping, and the Amazon Streaming.

I don't stream, so that is no advantage to me, but I get that for youi, the cost of Prime is worth it.

If I need something badly enough, I will go to the manufacturer website, but I rarely shop online.

  • "Amazon" ... but I've also used Tiger Direct for computer parts.
Built my last computer using that site for parts.

Never heard of that one. That being said, I couldn't put a computer together if I had Bill Gates standing next to me giving me step by step instructions.

  • Building this last one wasn't near as easy as it was building my first one.  Computers are getting really complex. :)

A lot of things are these days. I love playing on my computer, but have to call a friend when something needs fixing. He works IT for his company and he's a computer whiz.

  • Indeed!  It's nearly a full time job trying to keep up with computers ... built to last about eighteen months and be obsolete long before that.  They are fun to mess with and can be very handy.  :)
