Yes many of them. Starting when I was young and my father used to take me. Now I go to operas as well. This weekend we will go to a production of The Music Man.
I am happy to say, Yes! Mom and dad used to take us as kids. I'm sorry to say, as an adult, I haven't made time for Don and me to go. Now that you mention it, I should. I'll look in the paper and see what's up. :) Good idea. :) The musicals I have seen on stage are: Oklahoma, The Music Man, Chicago, Chorus line, Man of La Mancha, and Fiddler on the Roof. Two of my favorite musicals that I have not seen on stage are: The Sound of Music and West Side Story. Those would be phenomenal to see on stage!

Only a couple of big ones: 'Hair' about 100 years ago and I saw Donny Osmond in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. I've also gone to several small productions because I had a friend who was involved with musical theater.
Nope, never. I'm not a fan of musicals: I'm the type of person who has to hear a song's lyrics several times in order to understand them. In musicals, I never understand everything that's being sung in the lyrics, so I spend so much time and effort trying to get every word that I miss out on the fun of it all. ~
I agree. I respect the skills and talents placed on display in musicals but having played small roles in 3 or 4 of the things(Community Theatre) I've had enough.
