    I wasn't sure what you meant by white racism? Is it where white people are, or are accused of being racist? So the question would be can only white people be racist? Answer no... I knew an Asian guy who hated black people - was utterly shockingly racist... He didn't like Chinese or Indian people either.. There's logically no reason why other races don't harbour racist thoughts and feelings.. its only that white racism is the most heard about among us
