    It is part of the human animal to hate, show anger, and attack.  Hate is sort of a defensive thing.

    I disagree with thee bh. I think hate is born of FEAR. I don't believe for one minute that it is a natural thing. Are you familiar with the stage play (made into a movie) titled SOUTH PACIFIC? In it there is a song titled "You have to be taught to hate". I believe that. Different strokes. Gonna ask a question about it. Thank you for your reply and Happy Sunday! :)

  • If it was all about monuments and statues, hate would have consumed us long ago when you consider the number of them to be found around the country. There is an effort afoot by many among us to create an atmosphere of resentment, with the hope of creating clashes and strife by attacking monuments. That alone would fall under the category of hate. Seeking hate, promoting hate, actively participating in hate, perpetrating hate is part of the human condition and it originates in the heart of man. There will always be someone to set the wheels of hate in motion where there is no hate and it's all consuming.
