My wife is gushing about how she's going to cut up pieces of fresh avocado and add them to a bowl of ice cream that she's about to eat. I am not a fan of avocado or guacamole AT ALL, so it's the more the merrier for her. She then told me that in her native Philippines, avocado ice cream is quite common. Even though I've spent a lot of time in her country and I've been indoctrinated towards many aspects of her culture, this is a new one on me. As such, I thought I'd pose this question.
