I was surprised to see this happening in Paris, but then I learned that this has been done in London, Amsterdam, Sydney and other cities. Does this encourage the behavior or is it just facing reality?
I would be opposed to open air public urinals. When women need to use the facilities, they manage to find a private restroom somewhere to use. The only reason men feel the need to pee wherever they are is because of the ease with which they can do it.
I think it is fantastic. When you gotta go, you gotta go and if you're a man and can stand, well whip it on out, I think this is Grand!! Why not? They are going to anyway and at least this way they won't get in trouble. If nobody makes a big deal about it, nobody will notice.

I’m not fine with this. I wouldn’t want children walking by with a guy urniating and his genitals out in the open. I think it’s indecent and unacceptable. Hold it until you find a bathroom. It says a lot of men in thes places if they just urinate out in the public. Are they set in the Stone Age?
