Of course I've seen them before, in fact, I have ten of them drying in my bathtub right now. That ink is tricky, one little mistake and it smears all over the pla . . . wait, you're not working with the police, or the FBI, or the Treasury Department, or my parole officer, or . . .
In 1969 (the year I was born), the Treasury Department discontinued the $500 bill. The highest denomination I ever held in my own hands was a $100 bill. As for that $500 bill, I've never seen one until right now.

((((Pssst, Zack, I can hook you up with a fairly authentic $500 bill, old buddy. Meet me at the alley between the longshoremen's union hall and the 14th Avenue pawnshop at midnight. Have a satchel full of tildes, be alone and make sure you're not followed. Oh, and don't tell Merlie; I think she's dirty. Shhhhhh.))))
Er, um, it's actually located in the seediest, most run-down part of town. The photo makes it look a lot better that it does in real life. Oh, and the smell . . .
You'll never get away with it Randy, I'm waaayyy to slick for you. Zack will see right through your Boogie-Woogie Do and I'll slip right past you. I'll have all the tildes and the fake $500s. . Meeeeeoooooowwwwww!!!!!
Tomorrow I'm going to pawn your tildes at the pawn shop and take your fake $500 bills and clean them um' up real pretty like, ya see. Then I'm gonna turn um' back around on the street. I'll be able to
Hi Welby~ The whole following venture started out as trying to find a person clapping. I was doing this to share with you, "catch me if you can," was my inspiration for compiling my comment back to Randy. It is one of my favorite movies and not being a big dicaprio fan found his acting and abilities phenomenal. It truly changed my view on the "Cap-Man." As it has turned out, these other videos popped-up and wanted to be part of the action. So, with all that being said, (I'm going to include his name so he doesn't breeze by it) Randy D, this might show that the white man truly doesn't show much ability in having clapping ability soley, but with the help of his brothers he can reach that soul sound.
As a grand finale', but not nearly as impressive as the men above, Welby~ :) :) aka Happy! Happy! Exactly!
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Steve McQueen and I were out looking for Randy D and I made dinner along the way. ;) Don and I were trying to figure out who was on it. Now we know. It's too bad they stopped making them in 1969; however, despite them not making $500 bills anymore, 1969 was a great year. You came in it and that makes it Totally GREAT!! Thanks Zack!
P.S. We are pretty close in age. I'm just 2 years older than you. :) :)
