This morning, I needed to call my pharmacy to see if my presciption was ready. Instead of grabbing one of my pill bottles and reading the phone number off of it, I looked it up on the Internet (because my laptop was right there and my pill bottles were across the room...;-D....)
Would I even know you to be able to answer this without it?

That happened a long time ago. I'm surprised you didn't HAVE TO refill your prescription online. It's amazing you can still call anyone.

It would not have occurred to me to use the computer for that. But yes, people depend on technology way too much. When the lights go out a few of us will still be in business.

I've done that too, but because I didn't feel like finding the music files on a removable hard drive I have sitting right next to my computer.
