What is the difference?  How can one tell?

Problem child.

Seriously, who am I fooling, my children have children. 

If I am blue, clear, or a rainbow of colors, being a child has a time and a place.  I hope I was all of those as a child.
  That is the only answer I can make work unless I am not understanding the question. 

Not any of those that I was aware of when I was a child.  Which was a long time ago and then I don't think they had those.  Now I am in later middle age. 

The rate of taxes I pay would indicate that I am no longer a child. 

Perhaps a bit of each.
