     Murder is murder.  If you tease them first, I suspect it is aggravated murder.

    Aggravated murder can be very depressing ,and even more so if you're being strangled first ,it can really get on your nerves then...:(

    Aggravated just means more serious. Traditionally it meant more brutal, but nowadays it's just a way of punishing polical non-correctness.

    It depends on each individual states and their specifically written laws. My state doesn't have aggrivated murder. We have first degree murder second degree murder, voluntary manslaughter, and involuntary manslaughter. Aggravated usually means with a weapon in legal terms.
