    That looks very good.. I confess I find myself daydreaming from time to time about a knickerbocker-glory.. I had better explain, if you don't have them... that it's not rude!  I'll try to find a picture.

    Yesterday I had a rough day and had a bitter pill to swallow. I treated myself to a giant cheeseburger and fries. My favorite comfort food is pizza.

    Well I really - really like cheese puffs for a quick comfort food but  they don't truly make me feel comfortable, warm or even snugly. But a home made  baking treat does it ever time even if  it's date squares. Cheers!
