The political centre is a myth. It's just an unsustainable compromise that will cause a financial collapse and push society to the left when it does.
I believe people are getting sick of centrism. They are sick of bland phoney people who sing the centrist tune to get elected. They want to see someone real who stands for something.
Bernie Sanders (leftist idiot though he is) won a lot of support because people can see that he stands for something. Hillary only got the nomination because the game is rigged. Conservatives are sick of weak ass RINOs who kneel to cultural Marxism. Trump struck a chord by refusing to do so. We are seeing a return to conviction politics.
