It's been a hot summer here, but a cold front is on the way.
We have for much of July and August. It's the humidity that is brutal.
It's been a lot drier than normal, the grass is all brown and crunchy, and the trees look a little sad. Other than that, typical midwest summer heat. Enjoying it, because cold is just around the corner.
