    When we’re young, like the rest of our growing bodies, our minds are more absorbant, more pliable, there’s a fresh new space into which learning and memories can collect. 

    As we age, the ‘sponge’ fills up, becomes less absorbant, less pliable. Old memories ‘box out‘ the new, our thinking becomes less agile, less adaptive to new input.
    Don’t put all the fault on yourself, nature is unavoidable.
