Jogged early this A.M. and if all goes well I will get to some yoga exercises and crunches this evening. But perhaps from a certain point of view I have NEVER exercised "strenuously". Because its just not me. Last twenty years I did what exercise I am able which amounts to a little almost daily.

We live in a safe neighborhood so I can get out early A.M.s five days a week for b20 minutes before I make my husband's breakfast and lunch and go to work. Living room floor exercises I do say a half hour three times a week and sometimes more weekends. Plus some like interior squeezings I can do here at my work desk. Like this. Randy has a woman ever sent you a comment written while doing Kegels?
A couple of years. Then two wrist surgeries disabled me there. (They didn't heal.) My lower spine is a war zone, so I can't run and sometimes even walk. I miss working out.
