do you have any daily move/exercise/calorie burn goals you try to meet everyday

i have the ones from my apple activity app set way too high and it’s such a chore to meet them

    I walk at least 2-3 miles every day. I keep my calorie intake between 1,800-2,000. I try to monitor how much sodium and fat I consume as well. I do additional exercises at home. I don’t exercise enough though. This post was edited by Rizz at September 13, 2018 8:20 PM MDT

    hatha yoga, first thing a.m., min 15-30 mins

    walk-jog-run interval training, 3 mins high intensity run uphill, alternating with walk and jog 

    3 times a week, weights

    periodic with friends, walk in forest, by beach, or cycling


    not for looks - just to maintain good health, quality of life and longevity

    No. I did for a while back when I used MyFitnessPal. OMG it was wonderful. I could list things like nursing my baby and mowing the lawn and the calories would fly off. I felt so accomplished. lol
