I walk at least 2-3 miles every day. I keep my calorie intake between 1,800-2,000. I try to monitor how much sodium and fat I consume as well. I do additional exercises at home. I don’t exercise enough though.

No. I did for a while back when I used MyFitnessPal. OMG it was wonderful. I could list things like nursing my baby and mowing the lawn and the calories would fly off. I felt so accomplished. lol
