I’ve had the privilege of attending some games at Kauffman Stadium. It’s a beautiful and well kept ballpark. There’s also a ton of parking with Arrowhead Stadium right next to it.
I had family who lived in the Kansas City metro area. When I went to visit I had the pleasure of going to games.
I forgot about Mike Patrick. Verne was always awesome. Another ESPN guy I never liked was Keith Olbermann, all politics aside.

On the flip side, we're very fortunate here in NY to have Gary Cohen doing the Mets play-by-play with Ron Darling and Keith Hernandez, a fantastic team that is completing its 13th season together.
I will admit to liking Keith Hernandaz. That stems from what a terrific player he was. I don’t know anything about Gary. I don’t like Ron Darling as an announcer. I hate when he does the post season on TBS. He just annoys me. I liked when ESPN had John Miller and Joe Morgan. They were awesome.
