This is the way you "body-sign" the letter "M".
A recent study stated that a growing number of deaf people are becoming visually impaired, which makes it difficult for them to see normal hand signing. Therefore the CID (Central Institute for the Deaf) is developing a new method of communication called "body signing". Body signing consists of 2-3 people using their entire bodies to do sign instead of only using their hands and arms. The larger "image" makes it a bit easier for the visually impaired to see. The CID also noted that signers who wore loose or excessive clothing were not as well understood by readers as were those who wore tighter or less clothing. The CID is hoping to have body signing, along with normal hand signing, available at all public forums by the start of 2020.
Where do I “sign up“ for that? (Wink, nudge.)
