Great question. When I taught, it went both ways. Not learning something from my students would have been a waste of a day.

I have no idea what you are supposed to be doing.  I have no teaching responsibility at the moment.  I went through a time when I felt like I needed to educate the ignorant world, but, alas I have come to terms of never having success in that venture.  Now I try to ignore the ignorant.  Sometimes I cannot help myself.

    It depends what's being taught.
I can offer insights on all sorts of things to youngsters, and they tend to come to me a fair bit.
But I go to them for tech and IT savvy, and to fill me in on the latest slang, music and trends in their worlds.
