As a grounds keeper most of my job is getting rid of weeds organically - I usually win but I have a lot of respect for weeds because they have so many ways to survive and spread. As far as people go I don't focus on defects or birth marks unless the defect is weed like. I figure rotten behavior is a defect and it will spread if not controlled so I often use my skills to uproot those people from the flower bed of the beautiful people in my community. Cheers!
