What is a store, a business or a service that you would not want to be the last customer of the evening to enter their doors, and why?

Any kind of food place. By the end of the night the cooks are exhausted and want to start cleaning up their stations, so you usually won't get the best meal.

A market with water, flashlight, canned goods. BTW, you're in trouble with the other grammar policemen, Whoa!!!

I would not want to be a surgeon's last charge of the day.  He's tired by then. 

I miss that comma that should be after business.  

I would not want to be an undertaker's customer, last or any other number.
