A paradoxical/philosophical question:

  After you're dead and gone, are there things* you did while alive that you wouldn't want to be discovered, or does none of that matter to you because once you're dead you're dead?

*You are NOT being asked to name those things specifically, just whether or not something exists that would better remain undiscovered. Thank you.

    I think even being alive it is good to be aware of and own up to our shortcomings because for better or worse we do have them.  Not that we need to broadcast them far and wide as I sometimes do on here but just that its best to be honest with ourselves and others about them and not try to hide them or cover them up.

    Sometimes family members find out things that should have been buried with the person who died. I don't really have any deep, dark secrets, but if I did, I wouldn't want to upset or burden my loved ones with them after I'm dead.     There are things I would prefer they stayed covered. Not for me. Like you say, I'll be dead anyway. But for those behind.
