You'd think we could find some work for those "Caravan" migrants, wouldn't you? Any ideas?

Like, we could open new factories here in the US, or instead of importing and buying clothes made in Asian "Sweat Shops," we could have the new immigrants make them here.  What do you think?  I'd pay one of them to take care of my yard and my car, wouldn't you?  Some of the are running for their lives; they'd probably work dirt cheap just to be in a safe country.  No doubt some of them have very marketable skills.  It's a waste of human resource to send them away, to say the least.

    I'm with you there. A lot of people gripe about migrants, but the reality is they're willing to do work most Americans won't. You tell the average American his job is to go out to a field and pick strawberries all day, he's going to pass and wait for something better to come along. The migrant will go pick strawberries all day and then go work a janitorial job at night to keep his family fed. They don't displace American workers. I don't think of them as resources, but I think it's shameful we're sending people in need away.
