Really?  I think you have many skills. You have talent, but sarcasm?

    Really?

You may be the most naïve, innocent I have ever encountered.

  • When I worked in Worker's Comp., I took a required course on drawing up settlement papers.  Three of my co workers took it with me, so it was a blast.   Once a week after work we had to take the BART train to San Francisco for the class.  So much fun.

I went there once in the early 70's when I was a hippie.  LOL.  I went to Haight-Ashbury for about 2 seconds and really spent only a week in the Bay area and around the coastline before I realized I was pregnant and had to go back to Chicago and tell the father we really need to talk about not breaking up.

I'm so glad those drama days are gone, but I do remember falling in love with San Francisco and always wanted to move there.  It is so expensive now.  FORGET IT.  No more hippie.  More like Trump voter, rich, white superior status or die.  Even the gays are rich.  I don't trust rich people.  I'm a racist that way.

  • Hahah  I love your last paragraph.   It's quite true.   I have several gay friends who live in The City, all of whom are quite well-off.   Although they are very liberal, as are most of my friends.    The conservatives tend to be the transplanted techies who have unfortunately invaded our once lovely Bay Area.  I don't mean to generalize "all" techies...but yeah, MANY.   Grrrrr.

Ha ha.  It heals my heart to know that Liberals exist in San Fran.   I never understood gays being Trump voters.  I think they try to be blending in and they do love money and finery so Republicans are businessmen brains.

But talk about selling your soul for a few status symbol pennies.  Not for me.

Well, farting can be classy if you know how to expel scented perfumed fruity scents.

    That would be classy.

    Fart Chanel No. 5.

Picking nose is just wrong.  Wrongggggg

Several in high school, college, and business school come to mind, but the one I remember most fondly is junior English/Creative Writing in high school taught by Frank McCourt, who became famous years later as the author of Angela's Ashes, 'Tis, and Teacher Man. I knew several of the students he mentioned in the latter novel. Great teacher with, coincidentally, a wonderful Irish brogue.

Sadly, he died in 2009 and I never met him again after high school. But I cherish his inscription in my senior yearbook.

That is a very helpful one.  I swear by Boiron's Occiococcynum (sp?)  that has freed me from the misery of the flu for years and years.  If you take it before the symptoms get bad, it gets rid of it and no flu.

Tell your friends if you don't know already.

  • Glad to hear you found Oscillococcinum!  You are right that taken at the first symptoms of the flu it quickly lowers fever, and ends the other symptoms very soon:)  I cannot take the flu shot so always have a few boxes on hand:)
