What do I DO? Please see explanation below. It's about voting.....

Okay. I got a mail-in ballot a few weeks ago.  I sent it in and mailed it.

I voted for Hillary this way

I voted for Obama this way.

I get this insane notice in the mail that says I did not vote in the last few elections.

WHAT??????

Now I sent in my ballot which I thought was my Mid-Term ballot and I am lost as to what to do now?

Do I vote again?  Will they know?  Will they have any record of my vote?  


What the H*ll is going on here?

    We have a county Board of Elections that we can contact. Or maybe they don't want Arizonians to vote for dems.

    OH THEY DO NOT.

    Up until this past few years?  You had to scout out where to vote Democratically.

    They would troll people at public buildings like the library and get a count as to who the Republicans were and encourage people to vote Republican.

    All kinds of nonsense.


    They did not like me.  I answered them.

    I know that any help given is not sarcasm.  I know that they pull this crap all over. But in Arizona?  Especially around the time Bush and 911?  It was insane.  They would NOT tolerate any anti-Bush talk down here.

    Now, I DARE them to try and shut me up.

    Only you can try and start a dust-up on a topic we both agree on.

    I KNOW THAT.

    That is the POINT?  

    Our votes do not count.  WE WON LAST TIME.  2016?  Popular vote.  WE WON.


    Didn't matter.  Gerrymandering.  Wide-spread.  

    So, why bother?  I can try.  It's better than giving up.  Who knows?  I've been wrong before.

    I am not hopeful.  Trump is President.  He commits crimes each and every day.  He is still President.

    I haven't cried in decades.

    Our Congresswoman Marcie Kaptur is a dem and has gerrymandered her way across 2/3 of Northern Ohio. Trump still won Ohio.

    I've never heard anything like this before. Are you 100% certain it's official? I can't even find a record of them sending out notices to people who didn't vote.

    I have always gone down and voted on the day of. I don't know why, but it feels more like I'm doing something that way.

    I got this notice in the mail. I was going to take it in with me when I go to vote.  I want to know what that even means.

    I voted in all the elections they said I did not.  Scary.  
     
    It was printed on a sheet of paper and stapled and put in my mailbox with my mail.  I have to dig it up and see if there is more to this.

    2010 General Election (NOT TRUE)

    This is from voter state files apparently.

    I don't know why they missed the 2016 election.  I voted in that too.  I also voted in the mid-terms.

    So, this is bunk.

    Thanks for helping me sort this mess out.  I just had to read it again with a jaundiced eye which you provided for me.

    Personally, I would go to the polling place and ask them. Bring your notice you got. And have them look into it. They may be able to figure it out for you or they may have you do a provisional ballot until they can determine if your vote was received. 
    They may want to keep your notice to investigate if it is a form of fraud or intimidation by whoever sent it.
