President Trump is, historically and at heart, a dealmaker. What kind of deals will he make now, with Democrats controlling the House?

He may try to get things done on health care and infrastructure revitalization and construction. What other areas can you think of?

  • To avoid gridlock the president will have to compromise...A LOT.  I foresee gridlock.  That is where electing Democrats has gotten us.  Congrats, big win, woo. This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at November 7, 2018 7:19 AM MST

He's tried to make deals but the sourpusses wouldn't play with him.  Maybe now they will feel more inclined to govern rather than just play politics.  This could work out quite well or very badly.  For us.  We seem to forget when our government fails, it is  us they have failed.
