He should not put his hands on people. Or at least be respectful and give up the mic when told his time is up.

Oh my. I really believe if this one went to court, he'd have the case for assault, not her. She was making physical contact with him.
This is kind of like Kindergarten 101. My children learned from a very young age they were not allowed to physically take things away from people. You don't have the right to touch others, even if they should not have whatever object they have. The only exception to this is if someone's safety is at risk.
