Do you remember the funny and clever roadside ad signs for Burma Shave like these? I think Geico may be the closest modern equivalent.

There is a part in the movie 'World's Fastest Indian' (starring Anthony Hopkins) where he reads off a set of Burma Shave signs along the highway.

I remember them. How about the 'Wall Drug" signs?

That was a few years before I was hatched.  I love old signs, have a few.  My prize sign is Hires Root Beer with a thermometer, about 2.5 feet tall.  It's shaped and painted up like a bottle of the soda.
