      I haven't looked it up to see what it is, nor do I plan to look it up, so since I don't know, I'm going to guess that I've never opened one.

    I try to keep them open but the way it works sometimes blockages can come from nowhere and I am not knowledgeable enough I am aware of that immediately.  But I am quite health and exercise and balance conscious.

    I've been meditating for peace of mind lately and came across some "Mindfulness" music that promises to open my third chakra.  But what do you miss when your chackra is closed?  How are things better when it's (or they are) open?

    No, but I confess I don't really know what a chakra is.  Here's a website that discusses how to heal or balance your chakra:   https://conqueringfearspiritually.com/CFS/how-to-heal-and-balance-chakras/.  It has to do with Eastern Mysticism.

    Reserved for those that experience it...
    then what happens is known,
    and knowledge has grown...
         But you want your third Chakra to open?
    eat a good healthy meal, have a proper diet
    and have a healthy lifestyle and good human values,
    and your third Chakra will be free of blockages
    and the Chi /Ki/Energy will flow and it's colors
    will be radiant.
    ...but you know Chakras are hopefully not ever closed,
    but there can be blockages though.
    Then again, the Third eye Chakra, (the sixth Chakra),
    our Spiritual vision Chakra, will not be on the right
    channel unless it has been opened through
    Spiritual pursuit.
    ...And then again the fourth Chakra, the Heart Chakra
    appears to be closed with many people... oh dear...

    ...you know what?
    get Merlin to look at your Chakras
    She will tell you what your third Chakra 
    looks like and if there are blockages....hahaha
    seriously though...She has Psychic abilities.
