Good nutrition, good healthcare and exercise if you are talking about increasing height, stamina and coordination.
Fast food, empty calories, sugary sodas, and most other junk foods I can think of if you are talking about the Obesity crises. Do you know about 80 percent plus of todays teenagers do not qulify for the Military based on Childhood Obesity?
