    The only flamingos in NY are in the zoo.  If you eat the plastic lawn ones, you won't have to wait for the government to kill you.

    On the one hand, I think a person who kills and eats a bird, kinda deserves some kind of punishment.  Not death.  

    But in a country that allows kids to be in cages?  This is small.  This man has hurt and  killed so many people due to his ignorance and  his bombastic, bragging negligence, that Malignant Narcissist is a term everyone recognizes about this demented creature.

    I know you are saying that it is insane, and it is that such a crime has such a ludicrous punishment.  But is it any different from anything else he is doing? 

    P.s.  I have no idea if your question is true.  It may be true but not an American crime.  But it really doesn't matter. My point is the atrocities committed by this evil creep dwarfs any death sentence due to flamingo murder.
