Much of it...yes. They seemed to have shown many sports which I have no interest in. I saw almost no track and field. (I have a former student who won silver in 2012) and very little of anything else I enjoy watching. Who gives a crap about horse riding and baton twirling.
Yes, and I intend to miss it again next year. I only watch winter Olympics, and only ice dance. That is because the women always skate fanny first. All that work and all that money and all that emotion, and the only thing I consider worth watching is women's bottoms.
