There have been several times in the past where I have allowed myself to act on my temptation, and none of that was good. It was years ago, but it almost ruined my marriage.
Yes. The temptation of the human body. In doing so, I found many pleasurable points of desire. My conclusion of fascination with this temptation was a desirable one for both the body and mind. Heck, let's get down to the basics. I like cats and snuggling and toddies. The temptation of those are always a win/win. I do believe that will deliver me from the evil. Evil (in my book) means, doing and saying things unnecessarily and hurting someone/thing else intentionally.
Merlin's magic does wonders. Certain magic is caught just in time and swooosh!!! disappears. The right magic is caught for the right people at the right times. Thank you!
There is a very specific definition I adhere to when it comes to temptation. It is a gut feeling. In other words, you KNOW you should not, yet you cannot resist.
That is never a recipe to find a proper foothold on any path of integrity. It sways you from your original purpose. It is not to be confused with the pulling you have to do something you need to do. That is more of a calling than a temptation and usually leads to some sort of disaster if you don't follow your gut.
Yes of course but the point is what may be good for me may not be for others and may even hurt others so I think if we are planning to yield to temptation best to be discreet and careful.
