    Yes, because there's the world, and there's the bubble that my partner and I live in, where he is the leading male role in my life, and I am the leading lady in his.  I love seeing elderly couples holding hands it just warms my cockles, and gives me faith in relationships.

    That's Jim and me kj. I'm 81 and he is 83 and we've been doing that since forever. I'm very happy you have the same kind of loving relationship. It warms my heart when I see that two. Couples of any age. Thank you for your reply and Happy Thursday m'dear! :)

  • My boyfriend and I do that all the time.  We are only together such a short period of time that we like to feel close.  I even have stolen a kiss in Walmart! lol

    I  do that too Cinders. Jim and I hold hands all the time when we're out and about or I will put my arm through his arm. When we go to a market or wherever sometimes we separate because we are seeking different things so when we part I always give him a quick kiss and say "good luck" because of course we both like to get good deals!
