This looks like a fun one. I can't find my earbuds, and I don't want to turn the sound up because the normal person in my home is actually sleeping. I am trying to get to that place as well. Good ole Insomnia...
Movies with shopping as the premise - Confessions of a Shopaholic comes to mind. I have only read the book, so I have no clue if it's a good movie. The book was fun.
How about Clerks? Although, I don't believe that shopping was the premise. I think they worked in a video rental store or Quick Stop.
I don't have a favorite, although I do recall shopping scenes from a few movies that I enjoyed.

Clueless is good, but I don't think it was specifically about shopping. I'm not sure you'd be able to make a good movie where that is the sole premise. It seems like something else would need to be going on and the shopping would just be a setting, or a thing in the background that would be symbolic of the real theme of the movie, or something.
