24/7!  Them labels is sneaky varmints.  They're always sayin' one thing but meanin' another.  All natural.. organic... low calorie... locally grown... sale... low price ...  Them's just fancy lawyer words that don't mean nothin'.  And what's with all them "gluten free" labels? Since when did foods enter into politics?  First it was "free Tibet" on bumper stickers, then it was "free Cages" on eggs.  Now everywhere you look it's "free Gluten".

    Yep yep yep.

We need to grow our own food.  It is not as hard as it seems.  A lot harder than working extra hours to pay for groceries that will harm you?  No.  There are many gluten-free products, but not because of a label.  Wheat is loaded with gluten.  Raw, organic wheatberries soaked?  No gluten at all.  So, we need to educate ourselves on what is real and what is not, because the FDA is not your friend.

Wheat berries are whole wheat; therefore they contain gluten.

Yeah...food producers are just using 'gluten free' as a marketing ploy. Gluten free  'fish'? Gluten free broccoli? Are people stupid? (yes)

Unless you grown your own food, you have absolutely no way of knowing what's in it.

Labels are prescribed by the government to protect manufacturers, not you. A label can say "ORGANIC" and still be identical to one not so labeled. The only way you can be sure what's in your food is to grow it at home.

Every time. Organic food cannot be mass processed, you need to kill it first with pasteurizing etc.
