It was last night but the only reason I ate healthy was because the power went out so we warmed a can of soup up on the wood stove. I couldn't even open the fridge to get pop so I had to drink water. Cheers and happy 3 more sleeps till Christmas!
Todays menu: Homemade vegetable soup and baked fresh vegetables, 15 pistachoes, 9 crackers with cheese 2x (total of 125 calories) 3/4 cup raisin brand, 3/4 cup cashew milk and 1/2 banana 1 trail mix bar and 2 pieces of sugar free candy.
We had grilled shrimp with broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, and onions for dinner this evening.

All of my meals are healthy. My dinner tonight was bean soup and I just had a piece of cheese toast because I kept thinking about.....so I just went down and made a slice for myself....wheat bread and white seriously sharp cheddar.
I have been doing the Whole 30 Elimination diet for well over the suggested 30 days. I don't eat refined sugar, grain, dairy, legumes or most food additives. The idea is to learn which foods cause problems for you by gradually reintroducing them after 30 days without them. The effect of eating (what some people, maybe not you) consider healthy all the time is quite dramatic. All of my meals consist of proteins, vegetables and a moderate amount of fruit.
