Do you try to avoid answering questions that are more than a few days old?

Well?

Why would you do that?  I know there are a ton coming on here every day and it is a handful, but I always try to dig up old stuff especially if it has not yet been answered.  Unless, of course, it is not relevant any longer.

I always think the person who sees the answer will think "I dont even care anymore".

Yeah, I do. I don't really want to bring up old topics, and I kind of worry that people will be like "Oh, she answered /that/ question - she must have some particular interest in it which we can mock"

No, I don't try to avoid older questions. But there are times when I don't come back to AM for a few days and when I do there are a ton of questions/answers and I don't always get to them all. Then when I do, it takes time to scroll through pages and pages to the ones I've missed.

Nope. I comb back as far as necessary to find the questions I like.
