I finished a bowl of spaghetti about a half hour ago and I am already hungry again. Very annoying.

Change from eating Spaghetti to Linguini then.....all spaghetti is fast burning and only linguini is a low GI pasta you should be eating...
It releases it energy slowly and stop the pangs of hunger ....:)

  • I have a high metabolism, so I have to eat smaller meals every few hours.  I guess that might qualify as a "snack", but it's not junk snack foods.

  • Hahah I was going to use "Broth-er" next as well.  We seem to be on the same wave length there, and it's no soup-rise to me.  :)

Not really a snacker per se.  We always have fruit and Veggies available to graze on on. We are both marathoners and require a few more calories than a sedentary person.  So we do graze on fruits and raw veggies (w/o drip)

Chips, processed foods, and the like are not to be found in our house - we consider them extremely unhealthy

I tend to agree with you...they are also adulterating raw veg by altering their genetic make up in all types of  GM altered foods...

  • The after Christmas snacking is over for me!  I had chocolate, cookies and more right by my side when I was mugging before New Years lol.  Now I am changing my timing on meals and not hungry at night mugging;)
