No. Pinched sciatic nerve does that quite well.

  • No, but when I am in too big of a hurry to properly warm up and cool down when working out, that sometimes does it.

  • Any number of things can cause leg cramps. Poor circulation, sitting on a hard chair too long, sitting in the same position for hours, lack of potassium or magnesium, drugs like statins can cause leg cramps.  Being anxious and tensing muscles may contribute if any of the previous things are occurring. • I don't know for sure .. but I would guess that since your body probably tenses up in general when you're stressed or anxious .. your leg muscles could easily be affected.  People react all different ways to stress and anxiety ..

  • You need a deep rub-down, a massage.  Well, don't just stand there, get those clothes off!  Gosh, do I have to do everything? ;D
