  • Paper, never those air dryers.   If they have no paper, I grab a (clean, obviously) seat cover from the stall and use that.

Umm... those "gaskets" are not as sanitary as one might think - even unused.

  • Neither is using a public bathroom, but one does the best they can. This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at January 24, 2019 7:14 PM MST

Towels.  Of the two it's the most sanitary.  (Do you know how many times the air in those dryers has been "handled" before it gets to you?)

Paper towels - no matter how long my hands are under the dryer, they don't dry and I wind up wiping my hands on my jeans.

Paper towels and hand dryers are so unhealthy.....they are always wet or damp and ideal breeding grounds for so many germs and viruses.....
If you do happen to use them, always sanitize your hands after use and keep your hands away from your nose  eyes and mouth..... :(

Paper towels. The hand dryer is pointed at the floor. Once you turn it on it stirs up all the poop and pee bacteria on the floor which you then inhale.  Of course if there is other kinds of disease or bacteria on the floor you will get your lungs full of it as well.  If someone turns one on while I'm in there, I cover my nose and mouth, don't inhale, and run out as fast as I can.

I have never heard of anyone getting sick from using either of those or even public toilets. Too many germophobes. I guess that's why my immune system has kept me from being sick for 40years. Wiping hands on my pants works pretty good.

Hand dryers in hospitals in England have ultra violet lights in where you put your hands....it's suppose to kill off germs and viruses...
Door handles are also made of copper ,as that kills any viruses or germs left by people's hands...:)

Our hospital door handles are made of sticky stuff that grabs all the germs and keeps them captive.

Germs are no match for me...really. The next time I get sick, you will be ten years old. (If something else doesn't kill me first.)
