    A call center. Or message center. What I'm trying to say is a concierge. A place to get your mail, messages and drop your laundry.

    Every multi-story building should have a proprietorship on the ground floor with outside entrances, preferably at least one restaurant.

    When hi-rise buildings have no ground floor proprietorships, all the people go home at 5:00 PM and the place turns into a cement canyon inhabited only by drifters. No laws, no witnesses, no decent influence at all.
