Books are passe'.   This is the paperless, electronic world now.

I have tried to turn you all on to this great show on youtube.  HOT ONES.  Everyone ignored the question and the video.

This is pure entertainment.  They take a star, usually a cook, and have them eat hot wings on a scale of mild to insanely hot using the Scoville heat indicator for how hot something is food-wise.

You have a wonderfully entertaining example of the real person and how much they can actually take as far as pain is concerned.  I have learned so much from this great show.

For instance, Gorden Ramsay may be a foul-mouthed pig, but he is very funny and warm and smart at the same time.

Thank you for all of that.  Oh, by the way; what would be a really weird name for a cookbook?

  • My emergency kits for earthquake/fire/etc have MRE's.   I have only tried one of the desserts - Ice cream bar I think.   There is a Korean beef bbq also that I tried that is not too bad.    I would probably be one of a few who would purchase this cookbook if you were selling.  haha
I should probably add that I didn't take the items out of our current emergency kits.     This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at February 13, 2019 7:42 AM MST

Compared to some C Rations I have seen MRE's are a step up.  Now which direction is always a question.  I think the only decent one is the Chili Mac, however I am biased

LOL, not many here will get what that means, especially the younger ones.  The Twilight Zone is way off their radars.
