Does any of your neighbors that you've never spoken to have dogs ,yet you know the name of the dog bu not its owners ? ."...

I know our neighbour has a dog named Barking.....as he's forever shouting out "Shut up Barking" late at night  and the dog stays quiet for a while....   :(

    it happens with my coworkers. i never really talked to some but i know their names because the boss called their names in front of me.
