There is talk in England about stopping the pastuin ation of milk products as it kills of so much of the good stuff in them.... Cows are more looked after now and there is far less need to do it Rosie.....or so they say...
I do know that pasteurization of milk destroys an enzyme that people with ME require to digest it. A lot of people who are "lactose intolerant" aren't, they just either can't digest A1 protein (my daughter drinks A2 with no problem), or are ME carriers - most don't develop symptoms.
