    That the dog I now have is probably the last dog I will have. I'm now at the age were I might not be around long enough to take care of a new puppy for the rest of it's  plus the 8 years or so  my dog has left. So I'm trying to face that harsh fact - I've had dogs all my life so it's hard to imaging not getting another one when mine passes on. Cheers!

    If I do not get 1st shower in the morning the Doc leaves me with nothing but cold water for a half hour.  Long hair is gorgeous, however its' maintenance is problematic

    I can sympathize. My husband has the same problem. Luckily during the week, I'm up and gone an hour before he gets up.
